The Web has Altered Writing Styles

Snooty – that might be one way of describing how Web copy, or marketing copy in general used to be written.

I think social media’s / the Web’s conversational tone has changed the game and that consumers appreciate copy that is easy to understand.

Make it easy to read, and it just might get read more often.
