My goal, prior to day one was to have three weeks of post completed. The blog launched on February 1, 2010 and we indeed had three weeks of post to fall back on if need be. And today, we’ve continued the practice of stockpiling post and it’s really working out great.

I can’t stress how important it is to have a lead time when running a corporate blog. Doing so drastically reduces stress and can make the process fun. Yes, I said fun.

As with most things in life, planning can make a world of difference in your success.
