Like I said last night, this is a lost art...this is also why Chick-Fil-A gets my business. They always respond to my requests with 'My Pleasure' and they are quick and if they ever do mess up, always apologetic. More businesses should follow the Chick-Fil-A model of customer service...maybe then they could afford to close on Sundays, too!

Its sad but true! I do feel that good customer service has been lost. You would think that with the current economic conditions, businesses would realize that they have to give superior customer service to help ensure that they make it. And with people loosing jobs left and right, employees would want to make sure that they provide the best service so when it comes time to layoff people, they are the one that get to keep their job.
